This Privacy Policy describes how JoralisNoriavane handles personal information when you browse this website or contact the studio about furniture, interiors or a design consultation. We aim to handle information fairly and responsibly, consistent with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020 and its Information Privacy Principles (IPPs).

2. Information you choose to provide

When you contact us, you may provide your name, email address, telephone number, project address, room measurements, preferences, budgets, reference images or other details about your design enquiry. You are free not to share information that is unnecessary for your request. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information unless it is needed and you understand why it is being requested.

The enquiry form on this static website opens your email application with a prepared draft. The website itself does not send the form to a hosted database or third-party form processor. Information is shared with the studio only if you choose to send that email.

3. Why we use it

Information you send may be used to respond to your enquiry, discuss design services, arrange appointments, understand your project requirements, prepare proposals, coordinate approved work and keep reasonable business records. We do not use enquiries for unrelated marketing without an appropriate basis and an opportunity to opt out.

We do not sell personal information. Where necessary for a project you approve, limited details may be shared with relevant suppliers, tradespeople, installation partners or professional advisers. Email and telecommunications providers may also process messages to deliver communications. Information may be disclosed when lawfully required under New Zealand law.

5. Security, storage and retention

We aim to use reasonable safeguards against loss, unauthorised access, misuse and disclosure. No email or internet service can guarantee complete security. We keep project and communication records only for as long as reasonably needed for the service, dispute management or applicable legal obligations, and then delete or de-identify them where practical.

Under the Privacy Act 2020, you may ask to access personal information we hold about you and request a correction if it is inaccurate. This site includes local styling and interface scripts for navigation, gallery display, accordion panels and the email-draft form. It is not configured with advertising pixels or third-party analytics cookies. Browser or hosting-provider technical information may still be processed to serve the site.
